Can I bring someone to my appointment?

It is recommended that you come to your appointment alone as I am a home based business and space is limited. A mobile makeup option is available at your request and the number of people present at the time is at your discretion

How long does shipping take?

We have standard NZ and Aus Shipping, and Overnight Shipping in NZ ONLY! All overnight orders must be placed before 12pm the previous day. All standard shipping orders have an est. delivery time of 5-7 working days

Do you ship internationally?

Currently Kānohi Products are only shipping in NZ and AUS. However we are looking to expand in the near future.

Are Kānohi products cruelty free?

Kānohi Lashes are 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free. All Kānohi Makeup Appointments use cruelty free products. You can however opt to use your own foundation upon request if you prefer a fuller coverage

Do my lashes come with adhesive?

No. Currently we are in the process of creating our own custom-made latex free adhesive. At this stage lash glue is not included with lash set purchases and won't be available until we are satisfied with our formula.

How many times can my lashes be worn?

Kānohi Lashes can be reused up to 25 times (with care). Each lash set is best paired with a Kānohi Lash Shampoo to further maximise usage of each pair. Our packaging has a durable yet sleek design that is compact and easy to travel with whilst maintaining the care of your lashes to optimise further usage.
