Shipping

Once you’ve made your purchase, you’ll receive an email containing your shipping information within 12 hours upon payment of purchase.
All orders made before 12pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. All orders made over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
(We do not ship over the weekend however we do consider pickups and drop offs). 
Within NZ
  • Standard (Tracked) shipping is $6.50 & is estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch
  • Express Shipping is $11.99 & estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch
Aus 
Shipping to Australia is 14 Business Days (at the moment expect up to double this time due to the disruption of COVID) 
  • Standard (untracked) - $15
  • Standard (Tracked) - $35 
Please note that when selecting Aus tracked shipping this only provides you with a tracking number and does not speed up the shipping process

For Australian customers, if you have purchased shipping with tracking you will be sent an email with your parcel information. Please refer to this before contacting us. Pick Up

If you are in the Wellington Area, a pickup option is available (Lower Hutt Based). We can discuss the logistics of pickup upon confirmation of your order via email. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of making your order please contact kanohicosmetics.nz@gmail.com

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date you have received your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange please contact us directly at kanohicosmetics.nz@gmail.com and return your item in perfect condition, unused and unopened, including all packaging.
This does not apply to any sale or clearance items and unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these particular items. 
In the unlikely event your product is damaged during delivery, or faulty on arrival please contact us immediately via kanohicosmetics.nz@gmail.com. We will make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation to the best of our ability. In the event of damage caused by neglect, accident or misuse by you, we cannot take liability and no claims will be considered.

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary and in doing so we are not liable for any delay that you may experience in receiving your order due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please contact NZ post with your tracking number for further shipping information
