This online shop & site is owned and operated by Kānohi Beauty NZ “we”, “us” and “our” all refers to Kānohi Beauty NZ.

Throughout the platform the terms “customer”, “you”, “your”, “consumer”, all refer to the site visitor.

By visiting and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Terms & Conditions” and agree to be bound by the following.

These terms apply to all users and we reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms at any time

• All prices are in NZD and subject to change
• We reserve the right at anytime to modify or discontinue a product or service.

• All makeup services provided include strip lashes (excl flower girl) 
• A $30 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• Payment of deposit must be made at same time of booking, failure to do so will result in loss of your appointment
• It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded
• Before and After photos may be taken during your appointment, and used across our social media accounts. We will ask for your permission before doing so
• The client must advise the MUA or lash tech of any issues that may effect the use of certain products and equipment. This includes but is not limited too, allergies, senstivities, and medical conditions. We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to the client's failure to inform the MUA
• The MUA reserves the right to refuse any service to a client or bridal party who have infectious conditions, or display inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour
• By financially securing your booking (by deposit) you are also declaring that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions
